Shipping
Instock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Most items shipping to a US address will be shipped USPS flat rate Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation. Insurance is highly recommended but not required. If you choose not to insure, Pirate Bootie Baby cannot be responsible for package loss or damage while in transit. Please email for international or Canadian shipping quotes.

Returns/Refunds
Your happiness is incredibly important to us; we want your Pirate Bootie Baby clothing to make you smile. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. With prior approval, instock items may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping if item is in unwashed and unused condition. Pirate Bootie Baby reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is not in saleable condition. If this occurs, the item will be returned to the buyer. All returns must be insured and sent with delivery confirmation, as Pirate Bootie Baby will not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft while package is in transit.

Payment
At this time, all payments must be through Paypal. If you are paying with an echeck, it must clear before your items will ship.

Custom Orders
The time frame for custom orders is two to six weeks from the time your measurements are received. You will receive an email within 24 hours of purchasing your custom slot detailing the measurements that we will need. Please reply promptly with all necessary information to insure that your custom order is able to be finished in a timely manner. We work very closely with you to make sure that your custom order is exactly what you want it to be; therefore we are not able to offer refunds for custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable.

Lotteries
If you are contacted as a winner of a Pirate Bootie Baby lottery, we ask that you finalize your transaction within 5 days of winning or we will select an alternate winner using a random number generator. Anyone entering lotteries using more than one account will be disqualified.

Fabric Selection
Our fabric gallery is filled with all of the wonderful fabrics that we have available for you to choose for your custom order. Occasionally there is not enough fabric to create an entire outfit. We ask that you please have back-up fabric selections, or we may ask you to choose more then one fabric for your design.

If you already have a fabric that you are in love with, you can send it to us and get a 20% discount. Any fabric that you supply must be pre-washed and folded. We suggest that you try to select natural fiber fabrics because they are so much nicer to work with and make a cuter finished product. If you have any questions about your fabric selection, please ask us.
